The guy was very helpful. Unfortunately they charged me wrong on the odometer. They charged me at 367 when it was 383 when I picked it up. I think it's an extra $50 chrage

Clerk was very helpful, patient, and kind
Karis BI rate the equipment as clean however the one thing that could be improved was the windshield. Must have been on a long trip and was bug splattered, baked on bugs. It would have been nice to have a clean windshield otherwise van was very clean
