Problems with both vehicles. Fan for heater/AC didn’t run in first truck. Tire pressure light on despite no issue with pressure. Switched to second truck. Dome light did not work and check engine light in (and was told there was no problem). All that said, pretty minor issues. Staff was helpful and efficient. Vehicle ran well.
JONATHAN TThe back of the truck has a latch that keeps the door closed and a spring-action latch that keeps the door latch secure. It felt like the spring was busted and it took some work to get it to open and close. The people at the location are excellent, though. There is also a bonus of having some places to park nearby so I don't have to spend money on an Uber just to get a truck.
Marcia LThe staff were super nice and really made it easy. The app was being a problem, so I had to go through the staff - but they were great at both pick up and drop off.
Marcia LOne tire was low and necessitated a return to the shop to get filled. They handled it well and made an adjustment to the mileage charge to compensate. Staff overall were friendly and helpful.
