Dorian SThe staff was uber friendly and helpful at Kensington; great customer service! The truck's seats and floor were clean, however, the dashboard, front panel and cluster were not very much. Still was acceptable since I did not need to place anything there, for example, the front cupholder etc. Other than that, everything went smooth, staff helped me for both rental and return processes.
Goksel GThe only issue with the truck was a broken mirror on the driver's side. I would help to have that repaired prior to the next rental.
Barclay CA minor thing is I reported a 0.4 km difference in the starting odometer reading. The I was told it was okay due to rounding. However I was charged for that rounding difference when I returned the van. Worked out to a 5% added km charge. They should have changed my billing when I reported it as I was taking the van.
