The trailer should have been checked over better. The door was very difficult to open and after contacting roadside assistance to open it they observed that the rollers and bearings were not good/worn out. They stated that the trailer never should have been given to us in the condition it was in.

First off, I drove the truck a total of 8 miles and was surprised when it took 10 dollars to bring it back to full. I question the accuracy of the fuel gauge. Secondly and most importantly I received a charge to my credit card for 48.26, but when I checked my on line banking, I see a charge for 97.81. This had better be taken off my card immediately. The contract for you and to verify this is 81833156.

There were 3-4 warning lights on that indicated required maintenance. Low tire pressure light on, and the cabin was dusty and the floorboards were a mess, No windshield fluid, and I got stuck in a side street because the cube van is rear wheel drive and the tire tread is way down. After 15 mins I was able to get another woman to help dig me out with her plastic snow shovel .... terrific experience ..... and a bargain at 80% off ... never again - deplorable experience.

Worst experience ever. Returning the van was an insult and humiliation I never experienced before. They staff there treats customer like garbage. How a company can have such, specifically NO, customer service and still exist is an enigma. Just proofs that the overall management are just money collectors and have no idea about relationship selling or customer service. To Improve, have the staff been on duty on Saturday morning, October 24th fired and their overheads as well, they are all incompetent.

When I picked up the vehicle the mileage in the vehicle read 67088.6 miles but the form I was given read 67088.0. When I returned the vehicle, the person who checked the mileage reading wrote it down as 67123.7 so I have to ask if I was charged extra for the point .7 mile. Also when you convert the 35 miles to kilometers it is 56.32704 and the person at the site said I went 63 kilometers so again another discrepancy in the calculations. I filled the gas amount to where it appeared on the guage in the vehicle but the attendant said I had to put more in because it didn't reach the mark he said it should be according to his reading of the guage. Your form shows shows the gas guage in increments of 1/8 but the actual guage in the vehicle does not show increments of 1/8 so how can you accurately fill it to that mark when you don't have those markings. You are left to the attendants opinion if the mark is accurate. The first person I dealt with when I picked up the vehicle was very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When I dropped the vehicle off, I found the person I dealt with to be rude and unfriendly. I think this person may have been the manager/owner of the establishment which if I am correct sets a poor example for your organization. I have rented vehicles from other U-Haul dealerships with better experiences. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience there.

Not clean but no fault of theirs. It had snowed the previous couple of days. So the vehicle was muddy and covered in snow.

There was no windshield washer fluid at all in the vehicle and I did not realize this until getting out on the highway. Also I had booked an appliance dolly and yet when picked up was told they were all gone and it was “first come first serve.” No effort to try and locate another one either.

Staff were excellent. With numerous customers returning their vehicles from rental , the staff were respectful, courteous and helpful. I have dealt with other U-HAUL centres in this town and they were not even close to this locations standards. By far the best centre.

All uhaul locations I ever seem to visit are extremely small parking lots which make it very difficult to maneuver and park a 26' unit for the average person.

The quote that i was given before I took the truck off the lot was in km's instead of miles. When i returned the truck i was charged in miles. This made a huge difference in the amount i was charged and quote. I ended up paying $80 more. As well the gas costed me more because the calculation is done in miles but this is not identified anywhere. I have another truck booked for Sept 30 with uhaul and considering to cancel based on this business practice.
