I have had some very negative experiences with Uhaul at other locations, but Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer Kensington has consistently been great to work with. I fully expect to work with them again in the future

LISA FMost of this was N/A, I dropped the rental off outside the hours.
Darko ALocation was good however the app to book is awful. We booked for. 7am pickup and even confirmed via a phone call how to use the app to do virtual pick up. Once we arrived the app didn’t work so we called customer service and a very unhelpful lady from Michigan told us that they weren’t open and we couldn’t get the truck for that day. Luckily someone from the gas station came in 1/2 hour early to open and was able to help us. Location was good but the app system and booking was terrible. And the customer service on the phone was awful as well.
