Effort can be made to suit the Canadian consumer. I recognize U-Haul is a US company, even the licence plate is from Arizona. However, I no longer know what a mile is and suggest you consider speed dials in both miles and kilometres and distance measuring in kilometres. Thanks for the excellent service to U-Haul and Kensington Calgary U-Haul.
MICHAEL BCustomer experience was below par as the contact person (FRED) was not very knowledgeable & helpful on initial phone reservation. However the rental went well after that.
kevin lThe dolly I ordered was not there they gave ne a bigger dolly for the samw cost but as it was heavier the movers didnt want to use it.
Marija BFord vehicle was fine except very uncomfortable driving seat for a long drive. Mileage was good!
