I booked a one way 10’ truck and last second it was changed to a 15’ truck which was way too big and cost more fuel to operate . Also was never told that if I return my rental in early that there would be no credit for unused day. Extra $250 I wasted.

The truck was ready when I arrived. It was clean, and drove very nicely. I paid exactly what I was quoted, so all in all, a very positive rental experience!
George PCustomer rep was not friendly and appears appears agitated. It was difficult communicating with him. Asked for paper copy of contract and he said they don't do paper copy in not a nice manner. I still got the uhaul because I needed the truck urgently. If that was not the case I would have looked for another option
