Free coffee in the reception area would be the only way my rental experience could have possibly been improved !!! Although I must say that I wouldent of had the time to drink it as the book-in took no time at all. Everything from calling in the booking of the truck the night before to the return of the keys and my deposit was Excellent. The customer service rep ( Kaitlyn ) was polite,respectful,informative, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend using this facility and ill be using them in the future.
