Antonino MThe truck had a lock on the drivers side that could not be unlocked, it was difficult to get the key out of the ignition, the right mirror kept vibrating and had to be adjusted every time I stopped because it would turn outward so the lane beside could not be seen, the left mirror could not be adjusted at all so I had to lean far forward to safely change lanes and the vehicle was dirty both inside and out. When I Arrived to pick up the truck, I pointed out the deficiencies and was told it was the only one available and since I hspad to leave in the morning so load that evening i was forced to take that one. The mirror and ignition issue were not discovered until I was on the road. While I was offered $200 compensation, I am pretty unhappy they provided a truck with safety issues ( mirrors) and when I complained to a customer service rep was blamed for taking the vehicle in the first place. Talked to four reps and three were polite but that one was rude. Overall, very disappointed in the service provided to me.
