Do NOT JAM THE KEY INTO THE PICKUP BOX. IT got stuck under the bolt of the sliding door and I could not get it out. I had to go back home to get a screwdriver to slide into the side and un-wedge it. I was swearing for 1/2 hr cuz it was jammed. The person putting it in was too careless I will not use after hour phone pick up again. It was terrible.
