We had reservation at a different location and stopped to see if at all possible renting from this location. The original place offered us a discount of a bigger truck than we ordered howerlver the place we finally rented from would not provide the same discount.

At the very least, warn the person that they'll spend a certain amount of time picking up the car. For example, I was picking up a car for the first time in my life, and it took me about 45 minutes. Even though I'd prepared in advance and filled out everything I was asked to do online, I'd already filled out the form.
