Vehicle may need a tune up, hesitates when accelerating. U-Haul should post instructions on when you have the wheels turned when turning off the vehicle to turn the wheels so the key can go back into the ignition. Had issues with the back door not opening, even with the vehicle unlocked, once the driver door was opened, the back door unlocked.

I’m not satisfied the store associate worker this location after waiting for 15 minutes upon checking the truck. She’s suggest it’s all done I will send your receipt in your email. They charge me twice in my card. I don’t understand why too expensive only 4 hrs using the truck 15” feet. Just one pick up all my stuff. From Somerset to Martindale north east.

Luis LI will never use uhaul again I'm still waiting on the money I paid for damaged deposit I paid 320 for the uhaul and had to put 130 for the damage deposit and still yet too Receive it and it doesn't help when you guys keep going With the immigrants of Canada that don't know how to speak english I spent an hour getting the u haul because not a word was a spoken of english I will never use you guys again honestly I rather pay for a truck or a van from someone
