You can be honest about the price. I rented a 10ft truck for 4 hours. It was $19. I went 23 km and used 8 liters of gas. The day before I was told by UHAUL that the location 3 blocks from me didn't have a 10ft truck. I was directed to another site 24 km away. Was told that because of the inconvenience my cost for mileage would be reduced to $.75 per km. I told them that was incredibly inconvenient. Take it or leave it. I was then called and that place had no 10ft. Trucks. The original place did have a 15ft truck and I asked if I could have it for the same price as the 10ft. UHAUL said yes and the agreement still stood. Upon arriving late to the to pick up the truck, I was given a 10ft. Truck and 3 more sat on the lot. I picked the truck up at 2:35 p.m. and returned it at 4:20. I filled the gas tank for $10.23. I was then billed $105.00. I began to argue with the attendant and was told to take it up with UHAUL, which I will on Monday. In the meantime it has left a bitter memory with me and I will never use UHAUL again. 19.00 + 31.05 should have been. $49.25 at full mileage. If the agreed price of $.75 is used 19.00 + 17.25 =$36.25. I realize I purchased insurance but the cost of that was never disclosed.

Leon BThe location/place is 5 stars. The Customer Service was not good, based on previous experiences (2 stars). The truck worked flawlessly (5 stars). This is my 1st review, and I have been renting your trucks since I came to Canada (2018). The truck's front bumper is misaligned due to a minor collision or similar incident. I took some pictures before leaving the parking lot, as per the U-Haul policy. When I delivered the truck, the attendant asked me if I had had an accident. That guy sees that truck at least twice a day, and he was not aware of the damage? I know my coworkers' cars are damaged, just looking at them once a day for 30 seconds. I assume that he knew about the damage, but he was trying to find someone to pay for it. Please be aware that the front bumper is misaligned, and don't let him blame an innocent person.
Bruno DThe moving blankets that I had reserved on my order were not available at this location, and I had to go to another location to pick up more blankets on the day of my move. this cause a significant delay for me on a very busy day, which was not ideal. I don't think that this was necessarily the fault of the vendor at this location, but some advance notice, or better processes to ensure that reserved items are actually available at the pick up location would be a way to improve the service & overall customer experience. The truck was ready on time, the vendor was friendly and helpful, but the delay caused by the blankets not being available was frustrating and time consuming. Other than that, the rental went well, I appreciated the opportunity to recoup some of my moving expenses by towing a u-box behind the rental truck and delivering it near my final destination, and the drop offs of both the u-box and the truck were fast and easy.
