Over charged vague about pricing made to wait for over an hour because they had my make confused with some other person that eat flagged after waiting for over an hour I didn’t even get so much as an apology in -28 weather. No they gave me some vague billing and said someone would contact me and no one’s contact me so that I don’t plan on paying any of that I’ll take them to small civil court over $480. They think I owe them which is not even close to that amount never again U-Haul. PS the guy running that location said it was very common for people to get blacklisted and sit around waiting as their name was cleared very unprofessional Sincerely, former U-Haul user
