Disappointed the vehicle we reserved was not at the location we reserved at. Also when we confirmed the new location they said the blanket and Dollie’s would be there but we couldn’t get either, Dollie’s and blankets are very important when moving. Had we known that what we reserved wasn’t going to be available to us we most certainly would have made other plans to get what was needed for this move. I understand things can happen but I think your service could be improved greatly by standing by your reservations as far as location and rental of Dollie’s and blankets atleast and location
Blake HThere were issues with the mileage. When I picked up the car, I had driven 52 miles. They tried to charge me 580, but the inside of the car was dirty with traces of sweet drinks. We finally got the issue resolved the next day, but the car's mileage was still not correct, but I was charged for the 52 miles I had driven.
Viacheslav LPathetic. The van I reserved weeks ago was given away. I was forced to take a much larger truck. Truck was muddy throughout. Window handles both fell off as we drove away. A/C did not work. Absolutely pathetic operation.

James SIt was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I’ve used U-Haul many times over the years and have always recommended it to my friends and family. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion. First, U-Haul offered me the option to return the truck to a different location and promised 50 km of free mileage, which I happily accepted. However, when I arrived to pick up the truck, there was a very long lineup. After waiting my turn, the employee asked why I was late—even though I had been waiting in line the entire time. Then, when I mentioned the 50 km promotion, the employee told me that another staff member had forgotten to apply it to my reservation. If that’s the case, why offer it in the first place? To make matters worse, I had originally reserved the truck from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and later extended the reservation until 6:00 p.m. Yet the front desk insisted that I had only booked the truck for two hours. Finally, the truck was in poor condition when I picked it up. It was dirty inside and had almost no fuel, forcing me to waste additional time filling up the gas tank before I could even begin my move. Overall, the entire process was disorganized, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. I expected much better service from a company I’ve trusted and recommended for years.
Tsung YHave staff with all the keys and ability to rent all equipment on site , as well as making sure the vehicles dont have leaks as all of our Stuff got soaking wet driving in the rain . They have been good before but this time was a miss . The only good thing about this location is size and volume of trucks
Cole KThe check out and returning was the only good thing about this rental. The guys weee super efficient and friendly. The car was old and had mechanical issues. It was a horrible drive although it did the job. The location is also unpaved and muddy.

kerry bLong wait to pick up. Maybe having one extra person the help sign in and sign out. Inside of truck smelled like smoke and I had hazard lights on the truck. Said tire pressure low but they confirmed it was just a sensor but the tires are good. Maybe clean the inside more To get the smoke smell out. Excellent customer service, appreciated adding a few extra hours on the truck to finish my job. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Isaiah KI would like to share my feedback regarding my U-Haul rental experience yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite having an online reservation, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to collect the vehicle while customers without reservations were being prioritized. The vehicle itself was also not clean, which was unacceptable. I have photos of its condition and can provide them if needed. Overall, the service at this location was unprofessional and did not meet my expectations. I hope you will address these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

robin fI rented a 20-foot U-Haul truck, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The steering was extremely hard and did not feel normal, making the truck difficult and uncomfortable to drive. It seemed like there was an issue with the steering system that should have been identified before the truck was rented out. The passenger-side mirror also did not provide proper visibility. While trying to adjust it so I could drive safely, the mirror cracked. Another issue was with parking. A staff member told me it was okay to leave my personal vehicle in their parking lot. However, just a couple of hours later, I received a rushed call telling me I had to move my car immediately. I had to make a special trip back just to move it, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I was told I would receive a discount for the inconvenience, but no discount was ever provided. Overall, I was very disappointed with the condition of the truck, the customer service, and how this situation was handled. I hope U-Haul improves its vehicle inspections and communication with customers to prevent similar experiences for others.
AMANDEEP SRep was very rude and was not personable. Poor English comprehension. Rude to another customer in front of me and got aggressive when I called him out on his behaviour. Had to call in to get things sorted out and phone rep was very polite and helpful
Michael JEverything was good but the trailer had a lot of dirt in it. It didn’t affect what I needed it for though. No problems here.
Ron ADrop off was not Nolan Hill. Drop off was same as pick up, Hawkstone.

CAMERON PThis location is duplicating reservations. After I booked online, I showed up to this location to pick up my truck but I was told there was no reservation under my name and information. I showed the rental agent my email confirmation and he said I had reserved it for another location. This is not possible because I have all the right information to prove it in my email. He was able to provide me a truck, but this was an annoyance and a low-reliability on the online reservation system for this location.
AHMAD MPickup went fairly well. I would suggest putting some signage on the outside of the trailer for people to know that that’s where the “office” is. Also, once you complete the pick up process online, you still have to go inside to get the keys. There was a lineup and the only person working had to leave his desk a number of times to assist other customers outside. The app says you can “skip” the line to get keys, but it wasn’t that simple. Maybe there could be a better setup in place or a separate line for those simply wanting to pickup the keys.

NEIL BThe location is poor; the office was inside a trailer. The staff was kind, professional and helpful. The car was super clean. But the car was relatively old, needed maintenance and had a lot of noise; the drive was bumpy.
Mohammad SI rated the location as below average because there is so much construction in the area. The office is still in a trailer at this point. The location is more convenient than others for me. The equipment was clean and worked well but the lights on the trailer didn't work. The attendant told me that they worked and that the problem was with my vehicle. So I just used a set of lights that attach to the trailer magnetically and my vehicle ran them with no problem. In the attendant's defence, it was the end of the day and he was trying to deal with a lot of customers getting and returning equipment.

Michael NThe car hauler I rented had twisted fenders and dints in the one fender that was very close to the tire when we had it loaded and the suspension seemed weaker then the previous trailer rented.
Howard H3 new tires on the trailer and one bald one…The bald tire blew on the highway way out side of hope Bc. They new we were travelling 1300 kms and gave us a trailer with a bald tire….Makes no sense…U-Haul just wants your money and and no regards to customer safety or satisfaction..The flat tire caused us to miss our ferry crossing another inconvenience and expense to change our crossing.

Michael CThe 4 dozen blankets we ordered were lumped on the floor of open container and wet and muddy, even some moldy. None of them clean folded or in bags like normal. It was so bad I took pictures. Truck was almost empty on gas. Guy tried to tell us it was a new truck and yet even seat belt posts inside were rusted. Worst Uhaul experience in 32 years of using uhaul

Adam KYour systems need to "talk" to each other. We brought a trailer back at the request of Uhaul. thank you for the discount. What wasn't passed on was we could not drop off our rental and trailer at the original spot booked. Thank you to Dillon and Latoya on the toll free line for their help to get our rental and the trailer dropped off.
