Make sure the U-Haul is clean, my partner had to sweep and clean the U-Haul which ate into our move time. We also waited for a very long time despite reserving. I have pictures of him cleaning and washing the U-Haul

Adam KYour systems need to "talk" to each other. We brought a trailer back at the request of Uhaul. thank you for the discount. What wasn't passed on was we could not drop off our rental and trailer at the original spot booked. Thank you to Dillon and Latoya on the toll free line for their help to get our rental and the trailer dropped off.

Ryan HThe interior of the vehicle was dusty, muddy, but I come from BC where there isn't as much dirt and dust everywhere so this might just be normal for Calgary. The lady on the phone who took my call was amazing, she got me the closest rental possible and set everything up. And then the guy at the U-Haul yard was also amazing, super efficient, had us in and out in no time. So everyone was great! I love, love, love this location for pick up, super convenient!

Deborah KI am disputing the fuel cost for my 10' truck rental. - Distance driven: 37 miles (approx. 60 km) - Fuel added: 28.29 Liters ($52.59) - Issue: The fuel economy is 1.3miles (2.1 km)/L, which is physically impossible. It is clear the tank was not truly full when I picked it up. I ended up paying for the previous renter's fuel. I request a credit of $25 for this overcharge.
Sang JThe floor mats of the vehicle were very dirty but the lot is located in a dirt space, so I can accept this. My main issue was that the gas tank was not full when I received the vehicle, resulting in me having to spend way more on gas than I should have. I used the vehicle for 43 km, and my gas cost me $35, that's ridiculous. I spoke to the attendant, and he would do nothing about it.

Douglas GNothing wrong with location. They are the best of any uhaul place. Just the truck was run down. Check engine light on, I think that is just a by product of uhaul a these things being on the g0 24/7. Great Customer service here!!
Kaleigh FThe check in process was extremely slow. The Uhaul representative arrived at 7:58 when the facility opened at 8. The parking lot was extremely muddy. The electrical cables on the trailer were frozen in the muddy conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

iryna mThe Yard is poorly marked and hard to find in busy traffic. No yard, I had to turn my truck and the uHaul trailer around on the street and then back into a narrow parking spot which was actually part of the street curb.
GREGORY WI swept the trailer out. The previous renter left it a bit dirty inside. The trailer exterior was dirty but it was sloppy spring weather.

JAMES WInspect your units before renting again to another client. Wiring harness was cut in half. And I had to replace it. He also said that I would be able to rent a storage unit with one month free and $99 a month there after in Thunder Bay Ontario which was not the case. This left me scrambling around in the last minute looking for a storage unit in a snow storm. NOT IMPRESSED

Jerzy HThe site looks like a construction yard. General uhaul: Booking system is great. Pick up and drop off in different location is great. Drop off app is great. Multiple confirmation emails is great. Car transport is an excellent design.
