Joanna OShould provide customer with FULL tank of gas so customer can return a FULL tank of gas rather than partial tank which is difficult to be accurate when refilling, resulting U-haul charging customer for expensive gas One time U-Haul issued a Quick Claim Settlement without proof of damage. Simply stating there is a "small chip" without showing customer what the "small chip" is is not acceptable.
