Tee KI brought the truck back July 3 after the office was closed. The employee in the yard said that the camera in the yard would record the drop off time and we got the truck back at the scheduled time. The bill I received said we didn’t bring the truck back till the next day which was not true so I want an extra days credit

Siyeon KThe car I rented has six gears: the first, second, and third worked fine, the fourth was hard to engage, the fifth was difficult, and the sixth didn’t engage at all. It only engaged a few times and then cut off, with the check engine light coming on, indicating repairs were needed. Yet, they easily release such a car on a route, knowing the check engine is lit and there’s a fault. That’s a big downside—if the car can break down on long trips, then people will be stuck on the road indefinitely. It’s a major oversight to put broken cars on a route
