Engine light was on and could feel the vehicle shaking while driving, had informed the u-haul representative and was informed that is related to fuel cap. However after driving he out and thought highway I could feel the shaking as it was struggling to keep moving. Very unhappy and unpleasant experience as customer.

Troy TThe unit provided needs to have a clean front and the back swept out. The unit was dirty in the back. The front was filthy. It had spills on both driver and passenger sides as well as the middle console. There were used napkins left in the doors. We had to clean the front before we started our trip.
