Pick up was at a convenience store. The Asian lady could have been nicer though. Make sure you check the gas and take a picture, and go back in to show her if it isn't full.

Karen GIt was a horrible experience dealing with this person that was in charge of this location. If anyone ever asks me about renting a u-haul, I would tell them not to do it. I was treated badly. And I would not use u-haul again.
