Employee was friendly and efficient. Process was quick. I would recommend explaining a bit more about using the photo inspection process and that you can’t go back in the app to change your mind about taking a photo.

Wojciech RFor the second time renting a uhaul from this location I ordered a dolly, which the location did not have. They had no ability to check other locations for a dolly, and could help in no way. This was a major inconvenient, and disrupted an already busy day. We will not be returning
Sean DTruck had a really bad front end shaking at highway speed when loaded, check engine light was also on.
