Motorcycle Trailer ramp was too short. I will never rent one of these again. Let the next customer know that if they have a Cruiser, it will get stuck between the ramp and the deck during the load. Only with fortitude, was I able to load it.

I picked up the trailer on a saturday evening, was going to leave early the next morning to use it. Then found one of the trailer lights wasnt working. I was not willing to travel with a faulty tail light on the trailer. Still got billed for a full day.
Philip RVehicle had check engine light on, had very bad suspension and drove very rough. Passenger door handle was damaged.
