Overall a good experience. My only comment that keeps this from being 5-stars, when I go thru the process of an online reservation, I should be able to do the drivers license and tag and everything so when I get to the store I only need to present ID, sign the form and head out the door. I would prefer either do everything online, or nothing online but if we're going digital, it should be a 5 minute in and out experience in person. The guy at the location was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Location was clean and easy to get around and pick up the trailer.
