The office manager is alway so pleasant and helpful
MARK DI was pretty PISSED OFF when I opened the back of my uhaul at my house after picking it up, to find a full queen size mattress and two wall units in the back, so I of course had to remove those myself and ended up getting hurt in the process of removing someone else's garbage that they didn't take out after their use of the uhaul. I do expect some compensation or discount for this and was waiting for the review to pop up so I can make my complaint. I have pictures as well.

DOREEN CThere was no one at the location during opening hours. I read the sign - they have you walk the opposite long way around to where the vehicles are parked. You have to check your vehicle is there and then walk all the way back to get the key. I had to send photos and verify everything. There was no customer service. Online, I chose to have counter service and purposely chose times based on the stores hours. I was informed through an email that I was changed to “do it all yourself”.
