How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe outside of the truck was filthy. Ran well and no problems.
Leslie LHad a long line, truck wasn't ready, had to wait around for an hour. Originally booked truck for 8am, time was moved to 10:30am and truck wasn't available until 11:30. This is hard on people trying to move. Truck was not in good shape, had ant infestation and obviously needed tune up.
Karen SWhoever made the UHaul website and app needs to be replaced. The worst possible interface and a failure on all fronts. Was given a truck that I couldn’t pick up after hours, took 15+ minutes to start the actual rental process because the website is so broken, and wasn’t even able to return the truck online.
