Clerk wasn't very clear about cost. Fuel tank was not where it should have been when I got the uhaul. Was a bit of a drag process. On the positive note I like how I was able to rent it late at night.

Efficient- out and in
RENZE DTruck was dirty. Didn’t have our fridge cart tool Forever to pick up as they kept stopping and then tending to other customers instead of finishing ours. Didn’t even show us where the truck was. Frustrating

JOSE SIt took way way too long to pick up. I had already done the pre check in but then had to do it all again at the pick up location. There was 4 people picking up at the same time and only one worker in the store, which also had to take payments for gas and store items while doing uhaul pick ups. He also told me it was one trailer, so we hooked that one up, then I noticed the # on my contract and it was the wrong trailer, wrong size.
