This location was well-stocked and easily accessible. The air conditioning was not working in the truck, but the service was quick with no surprises and the truck was in place when we arrived. We had a last-minute change to this location as the truck was not returned to the our original rental location that was only one km from us. We had to drive over 20 km to pick up. The on-line service personnel was efficient, sympathetic and helpful. When the call came in, it was a potential disaster to our plans, but it was sorted without ruining our plans.

First of all, the owner of the gas station just kept taking his time because pickup was at 1:00 p.m. and he kept on stalling and serving other customers and taking his time because another cx who had our cargo van delayed dropping it off by 40 minutes. I was very upset about this because it took forever for us to get a vehicle and then they said they were going to give us a different U-Haul but because the person was stalling hoping that the other individual would come. We ended up wasting 40 minutes waiting for service and our rental. I felt like the cost per kilometer was way too high and on top of that we had to fill up gas. I felt like this was way more expensive than it needed to be. When the vehicle was given back to us there was trash in it and the cup holders will filled with the previous users used cups. I was not impressed at all.
