When I went for pickup the guy gave me the key and said he didn’t have the time to help with the inspection or showing us where the truck was. For drop off I was told just leave it and I’ll email you a receipt in 30 minutes he’s too busy to inspect the truck. It was my first time using u-haul and it was not a pleasant experience.
