Rep at this locatipn was lazy. Didn't hookup trailer as they are supposed to be. I never hooked the trailer by myself. I don't even know. Never installed the safety cable from trailer to tow hitch. All three of them Never hooked up. Never check if by pressing brake lights work or not. Got pulled over by police for not putting the cable to frame. Thank God officer let me off with warning. And brake lights were never working because of lose connection aswell as rep fault never asked to check. Only checked the signal and left. Lazy guy

Everything was great! I did not catch his name however the gentleman at the counter was great! Quick and professional. I showed up 20 minutes early and I was helped and on my way by my reservation time.
Minesh PConfirm cleanliness more regularly. Rodents had broke into a garbage bag left behind. Also clearly had been smoked in. Attendant was very apologetic and accommodating. Just wish he didn’t have to be.
Dylan WMaybe don’t rent out my truck I reserved just a couple nights before my trip. I had to go to another location further away to pick one up. What’s the point of a reservation then.
JACKSON WThe app is slow and lengthy. I didn’t receive text messages with instructions or timely notifications from the app and the store seemed like they would have been able to help us faster and more efficient than the app, so what was the point of downloading the app.
