The truck has no loading ramp, the sunvisors kept falling and blocking my view and I tried to rent a hand truck and the location didn't have any available.
RICHARD TThe Two young men who were working there were extremely nice and courteous. The transaction was very simple. The car hauler was easy to get to and hook up. The car hauler had some damage and wear and tear, But towed good.
