I was left to hook my equipment up alone. Once done, l had to stop at the office so they could take a picture of my hookup work. I wasnt sure if l did it right and apparently l did not as the following day l had noticed that a cable for the safety brakes had to be attached also.

Everything went smoothly the U-Haul app had a few hiccups along the way when I was checking out the U-Haul but nothing that stopped me from being able to take my u haul and going to my destinations. The process was quick easy and painless.
