C&c towing where I ordered the trailer from told me the day before they didn't the trailer. So I had to go L&T auto sales to pick up the trailer. That was a hassle.

Gregory DI returned the vehicle after hours. I had difficulty finding the key drop-off box. However, it was nighttime. In addition, the pickup location gave me a drop-off location with an address of Cortland Ave. They should have told me to drop-off the vehicle at the Mc Cartney Rd entrance, since L&T has two entrances - one on Cortland and one on McCartney. The McCartney Rd entrance is where the drop-off box is.
