The vehicle wasn’t overly clean was dusty and dirt in the back and in the floors but it wasn’t terrible. The one lady wasn’t too helpful and I felt more panicked about my rental situation then before I went in, but another lady I dealt with the second time I went in was very helpful and set my mind at ease. Even though I wasn’t able to rent the vehicle I needed I was able to still do the move. I rented online a one way but it was not clear that I wasn’t guaranteed a truck. But the Second Lady I dealt with trouble shooted with me and we made it work!
