The receptionist wasn’t very friendly, told me I had to take pictures of the back and the odometer. And then told me I had to haul all the blankets I rented into the office. She seemed very lazy. Not a great experience at all.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe online reservation system is very confusing. Not knowing where the pickup location is until you get a phone call is awkward.
ken mThe staff at the pick up location were excellent and answered all my questions. A comment to Uhaul regarding one way rentals. Reservations are made for predictability. This is not possible with a one way rental when the pick up location may be 5 or 500 km away. A better system is needed.
Douglas ABrenda’s Customer service is amazing but like I wrote above your Customer Service agent that answers the calls on you toll free number needs to be better of find another job!
