The woman at the front desk was such a pleasure to deal with, checking in/out was a breeze!

A$1995 truck, rented for 3 hours, cost $78.14 plus fuel. Not such a good deal.

Good people, good service.

Initially we thought the lady was fantastic and it wasn’t until during our trip we realized we were deceived. Simply put don’t believe anything they tell you and read everything (even the backs as they hide hand written information there)

Auto transporter had seized everything and the location had 2 days advance notice, then got the eye roll when asked to help, but he just threw the WD-40 at my wife with a huff!

Could have used some windshield washer fluid in the reservoir.

Pickup and drop sight too congested to hookup and drop. OK for small vehicles.

The truck needed control arm repair as it would steer wherever it wanted above 80km/h

The inside wasn’t bad, the outside was filthy. We’ve always used Budget trucks and they are much cleaner inside.

Brighten the office up a bit, as is it's dreary

Staff member was rude and unhelpful. She appeared to have no understanding of the pricing or rental agreements. She had me sign all the paperwork, and then (for reasons she refused to explain) decided to change trucks, but would not return the signed copies pertaining to the first vehicle. When the contract was emailed to me, it was for the wrong truck, she did not email the correct paperwork at all. I have no idea what happened to the paperwork for the truck she originally signed out, and would like some assurance that I will not be billed for this in the future. Also, the cab of the truck still had garbage from the last customer which I had to clean out, although the truck box and exterior were clean. Unrelated to the service; This truck is due for replacement wiper blades, the existing ones are badly worn. In all other ways, truck was in reasonable repair.

Your online or app doesn't seem to work for dropping off trailers

The van was very wet, like it had been hosed down, not just a little bit of leaked in water. So we were forced to use the blankets at a cost of course. I guess the $10 cleaning charge for using it, for all of 10 miles on a dry day was to hose it down again? When gassing it up the Co-op attendant noticed the gas cap was missing? They could have up sold me on lifting straps, as I had no idea, these would have been useful for my movers.

Office staff and simplicity of transaction was very good. It would be good customer service to supply the adaptor for the electric plug to work the lights. We probably will never again use the one we had to buy. We asked one of the guys in the shop to show us how to hook up the trailer to make sure it's right. He came out and did it for us, but wasn't very happy about it. When we arrived at our destination we found that it had not been locked properly and could have come off if we had hit a big pothole or bump. The chain we did ourselves and would have hopefully stopped an accident.

Truck was hidden in back of the place. Couldn't use the self serve if I wanted to . Lots of other things to say. Uhaul does not pay me to help.

Better selection of trailers.

I was disappointed to be charged an extra day for 20 minutes late. There should be more lee way.

Not location related - I booked a vehicle which allowed for two days and 359 KM. When I received the contract it changed this to 179 miles. I questioned the staff and they said this equaled 359 KM. It did not; it only gave me 288 KM. In the end I owed an additional $2.00 for "extra mileage". Very frustrated and disappointed! Honor your original numbers! Not pleased and will tell friends and family to be careful when booking your vehicles.

We were in a hurry to make an appointment and the people at this location were very helpful in speeding up the process to get us a way, to make our appointment on time. The only negative thing I could say about the drop off was that online when we booked we were told to order lots of boxes because One hundred percent guaranteed U-Haul would buy the boxes back. We were informed when we dropped the truck off with the excess boxes inside that: " That doesn't happen in Canada" and that we had to take the boxes with us.

Gas tank was empty [apparently gas theft overnight], had to fill it up myself taking away valuable moving time...four hour contract.....nice lady in office though. Funny, Co-op next door laughed saying this was a frequent occurrence ....??? Maybe better security or more time for staff to inspect the gas tanks before opening 9 a.m. sharp.

Make it easier to drop off the truck. I went on a wild goose chase going to three different Uhauls before I found even ONE that would accept the truck.

I had to catch a northern ferry which was nerve racking due to the fact if I did not get the right size truck my and my two babies would not be able to get to their dad who they hadn't seen in 2 months. They made sure I got the right size truck and the trip was a success. Thankyou

Provide them with the size of truck they booked at the location they requested online. If you can't do that then notify the client in advance. Also if you state you will contact the client by phone to confirm their booking then Call them!!!! This location was great You're online booking sucks and is unreliable.
