The move went very well. The truck handled the snow shed on the coke ok. Surged during the steep part but other then that it was efficient. Decent fuel economy considering the size of the truck and load.

WE have rented with UHaul a few times, if there was any other supplier I would never use Uhaul again

There’s no room on your survey for this comment so will add it here, but it’s not the fault of this location. I rec’d a call from your main office asking if I was still picking the unit up. I told them I was and at the same time mentioned that I would need extra kms for the trip as the 1600 wouldn’t be enough. The lady told new, “No Probkem, I can give you an extra 500 in the same price”. I was happy with that. I got to the drop off location and was promptly charged over $100 for excess mileage and was told that there were no notes on the file. I find this totally unacceptable, plus I have yet to hear from U-Haul Head Office about the complaint that I lodged.

Would be nice if it was open Sundays

Fast quick and very efficient service. The digital backup is amazing and obviously Uhal are leaders in this industry.

I was told that I would be charged 25 dollars if I didn't clean out the back of the truck yet when I got it the truck was full on broken glass. I reserved my equipment ahead of time yet they didn't have the equipment I reserved with my truck. Over all this was a shitty experience and I would never use uhaul again or re commended them. Very unprofessional. My reservation for 9am was also changed to 945 putting my move behind by almost an hour.

They didn’t have the size truck that I had reserved and I had to pick it up 2 hours later then I had booked it for. Through my whole move off and totally screwed up my day!

The trailer was very dusty and dirty inside and out

Check to make sure the truck is swept out properly. There's supposed to be a$25 charge for those who don't do it. I had to sweep it out before I could use it. Thank you, James

When there are pre-booked rentals, and at the end of the month, there needs to be more than 1 person working. I waited 50 minutes !! and I had done the on-line check in so that didn't save any time, like you suggest that it would. Crappy .

The truck smelled like cigars and coffee, windows were all dirty, broken passenger mirror that couldn't be adjusted.

Service very poor. If another service was available to me I'd use it. Still not finished negotiating final bill.

Need to maintain lubricant to tie downs on trailers. had to use WD40 on ratchets to free them to strap the car down.

Give an hour or two over time before charging for another full day

The woman at the front desk was such a pleasure to deal with, checking in/out was a breeze!

A$1995 truck, rented for 3 hours, cost $78.14 plus fuel. Not such a good deal.

Good people, good service.

Initially we thought the lady was fantastic and it wasn’t until during our trip we realized we were deceived. Simply put don’t believe anything they tell you and read everything (even the backs as they hide hand written information there)

Auto transporter had seized everything and the location had 2 days advance notice, then got the eye roll when asked to help, but he just threw the WD-40 at my wife with a huff!

Could have used some windshield washer fluid in the reservoir.
