The hitch and lock were barely useable. I was not able to re-lock the truck since the word lock was jammed and could not close. Every time we tried to open the truck latch it was a battle.

ZORAN UU-Haul was closed at time I arrived not knowing I had extra charges at return of U-Haul
Matthew TWas not open Saturday, closed at 3 on Friday they made me rent at 2:15. I only needed rental Saturday if drop off after 2:15 on Saturday would have pay for extra day The worst service I have ever seen for a rental I will never use U-Haul ever again and will ensure any I talk to or discuss rentals does not use U-Haul either My disappointment in the service can not be under stated Your app for drop is junk hire someone to make it user friendly - wasted 1/2 hour down loading and try find how to do return QR code takes you to main page? Why ? It should take me to return page - just junk - any idiot could make a better app Will deal with U-Haul again
