The staff at the pick up location were excellent and answered all my questions. A comment to Uhaul regarding one way rentals. Reservations are made for predictability. This is not possible with a one way rental when the pick up location may be 5 or 500 km away. A better system is needed.

Louie KBetter app that is user friendly. More manpower to help with app pickups and returns. It takes over an hour to talk to someone. Pathetic. Hire people with compassion when the customer has a terrible experience. You should partial refund the customer. Saying sorry doesn't cut it. Put your money where your mouth is. Maybe the people working for you will do better. Last time we will ever use your company.
