Absolutely DISGUSTING that i had to lift a 6x12 trailer up onto my hitch by myself, hook it up by myself. The trailor was very heavy and parked on a slant downhill. No help from U-haul reps or advice. I think it is absolutely poor business passing the liability onto the renter to lift and hook up U-hauls rental equipment!

Theresa LAfter hrs drop off was painful , took me half hr down loading app and taking pictures, this location closed at 1pm should be a little later in the day I think , whatever happened to the rental agent that comes out to the vehicle with you.
Steve RBack door a little lube.
Thomas SThe app was awful. Didn't work for the pickup or evening drop off. Refused to confirm my return of the vehicle. Cost me extra because of the rubbish app.
