Very professional, give these guys more trucks!
Connor MI reserved a 20' truck and none where available in my area. I was told I was upgraded to a 26' at no additional cost. After the move was over and I compared costs I learned I did not get upgraded at no cost, I paid full price for the 26' truck. This upgrade not only cost more to rent but my ferry fees increased due to the extra 6' of truck.
TREVOR SThe u-haul app that I needed to use for the return was very challenging to use. I ended up having to call directly and waited an hour to do the drop off because of the U-haul side.
KENNETH DHave the size truck I need and reimburse for having to go waaaaay out of my way and gas to get what I need. Staff is excellent!!! Uhaul the company......FAR BELOW EXCELLENT!
