The entire process of getting the truck was ridiculous. I made a reservation for this size truck on May 6. On June 16, 2 days before the move, I was called and told there were 0 trucks in my area. ZERO. But they were going to charge us the extra mileage for THEIR mistake! My dad called and got them to waive it because it wasn't our fault and they should have offered to take the responsibility for it to begin with. I wasn't the individual picking up the truck at this location so I can't vouch for anything.
