Ramonda BI am VERY disappointed in the service I received!! I have worked in customer service for over 2o years!! I know what it takes to provide EXCELLENT service!! I was hung up on by your presentative! My calls were transferred more than 3 times because no one wanted to take responsibility for the position they held! I was charged an excessive amount for miles in the amount of $253.00!!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!! THERE NEEDS TO BE A TOTAL RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE AND FRONTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS! UHAUL IS IN BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY AND NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS!!! THERE IS NO MORALITY FOR A HUMAN OR COURTESY!! I WENT TO ONE OF THE LOCATIONS AND THERE WAS A SAD FACE EVEN ON THE TRASH CAN!!! THAT LERTS ME KNOW TRASH IS NOT SAFE AT UHAUL OR HAPPY TO GET EVEN TRASH FROM YOUR PROPERTY SO WHY WOULD I WANT YOUR SORRY SERVICE!!!!
