The U-Haul was wedged behind the back of the car wash and also blocked in by another vehicle. We were picking up after hours so no one was there to help us. My dad helped me pick up the truck, and luckily he is experienced driving box trucks. Had it been just me, I would not have been able to get the truck out by myself. I would not use this location again. Also, the key was not in the lockbox. It was in the door lock.
