We had to wait because customers were buying liquor and wine to celebrate New Year but the workers were polite.
BETTY AMy biggest problems was that the original equipment I ordered was not available, so the the regional U Haul office substituted the 16’ Toy Hauler for me to transport my side by side (cost me extra). The Toy Hauler is a very nice trailer, but NOT designed for narrow wheel base ATVs. In my opinion, poor design on the part of the manufacture. The three built in ramps in the back are evenly spaced. Unfortunately, to two widest ramps were too wide, and the center and outside ramp was too narrow. I would have been better off with my original selection.
