Employee couldn’t find the 2nd driver on our reservation to release the trailer to him. Either the system needs to be updated, or corporate didn’t add it correctly.

Location was adequate uhaul online failed me twice very disappointed in online reservation and was supposed to be sent $50 first first reservation fail and have not received yet I was supposed to move Sunday have uhaul at 4pm and it was Not available I had to reschedule my entire life to move Monday and led into Tuesday again very disappointed I have used uhaul for many many years never found it so difficult not the locations fault

MICHAEL GHad to hook up and unhook trailer ourselves and some of the marker lights did not work. Insurance for trailer was not offered, could not get any paperwork for rental because there printer is broken.
