First of all the movers whom we used through your site were super kind and efficient. They didn’t mess around and stayed busy the whole time! Josh and Kashif were awesome! Never complained once and I even had them move 2 heavy barber chairs! As far as the uhaul experience, I would recommend posting that your site has someone there 24/7 because I was told pickup was at 9 and then the mobile pick up didn’t work so had to wait til 10 when it says it’s open to get keys only to find out the uhaul person is always there.
TIFFANY LWaited 30 mins because there was no rep available to pick up the truck. I got the truck and there is no working air and it was 90+ degrees outside.
