Showed up that this location and business was closed (though hours posted on door said 7 am -7 pm). Called Uhaul, and a representative called the shop owner and they came within 10 minutes. Truck was parked across a busy street in a dirt lot. Had to jaywalk to get to truck. Also rented a utility dolly that was located in store. Had to drive truck from across street to shop to pick up dolly. When I returned the truck had to park it back across street and return the key to the shop. But shop was closed again so dropped the key in key slot.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou have to cross over a boulevard to get to the truck. There is no easy cross walk so it’s either walk half a mile to use a cross walk or dodge cars to get there. Very unsafe.
