Improvement that is needed is, making sure that the truck or trailer that is assigned for pick up is ready, and is at said location. When I went to pick up my uhaul, the truck was not at said location, but the attendant that helped me at Dunn Storage made things happen. That is also why I said excellent on their review, due to making things right so I could move.
