Service was excellent. Uhaul smelled terrible, didn't not drive well, and was not clean.

Very rude,, would not reason with my being late with my return.due to weather and being involved in a wreck. Abusive language
allen fDropped off truck on the Saturday afternoon. My wife went in to let them know. They said ok. 3 days later we got a call asking when we were bringing back the truck. Was told 12 weeks before we get our deposit back. My credit card was used for reference, but we paid cash for everything. My card better not get charged.
