Keys were not ready. Not even on the property. We had a res. Because we needed it early. Was informed no problem however no keys requiring U-Haul to attempt to contact facility. When owner arrived we did not know it as he did not come to trucks or key box. He went in the office! Out of line of sight. I finally drove up to office. He was curt, rude and could care less. I have used U-Haul several times prior but will now have second thoughts. Due to this fiasco we were late to pick up our keys requiring us to rent a hotel room until the following morning and cost 2 people to miss a days work and in this economy a room and 2 days work this equates to a a little over $600 plus the $450 for a truck which we used to keep from having a hotel or miss work! NOT a fan of U-Haul any more. I used to brag on you but Dunn’s ruined that. J.

The guy was very polite and helped get us on the road earlier then slotted time.
Angie HImprovement that is needed is, making sure that the truck or trailer that is assigned for pick up is ready, and is at said location. When I went to pick up my uhaul, the truck was not at said location, but the attendant that helped me at Dunn Storage made things happen. That is also why I said excellent on their review, due to making things right so I could move.
