I was charged $100 extra by the owner for my husband “knocking over 2 bricks” there was also poles knocked down out front. The entry way is so narrow it looks like this is a common problem and instead of fixing that issue I was charged $100 to fix the entry way that had things knocked down already which makes me believe other people have gotten charged and the items stated haven’t been fixed. I also don’t really know if we knocked them down or not considering the state of the driveway. The lady at the front desk was nice and called me first to tell me before charging me but the owner threatened me that this was easier than filing a report. When I called after hours the gentleman who answered sounded like I was bothering him by asking questions. I would rather pay more in mileage fees than return to this location.

Harriot RThe cut-through in the brick wall to the field to park the truck is WAY too narrow. We had a 26’ truck and it was difficult to get through that tight opening. There’s plenty of room to make it wider. The return process was a bit too hands off for my liking. The sign says don’t need to call or sign anything; don’t need to go into the office. That’s great, but what if I have a question? I called and no one answered during their open business hours. A little more customer service would be nice.
Gloria OI have a couple issues to bring to your attention: 1. The truck was not at the location where it was supposed to be and we only found out when we went to pick it up. We had to travel considerably farther away to get the truck. Someone should have called or e-mailed me. I received no messages regarding the change of plans. 2. When I received the truck, there was a little over half a tank of gas (barely over the line). I replaced that amount before returning the truck, yet you charged me for additional gas. I would question the representative that identified how much gas was in the car. He/She is wrong. I would like a credit for the gas back to my account.
Don OPicking up the truck by mobile pick up was a nightmare! It took close to 2 hours before I finally drove away with the truck putting me way behind schedule I preregistered to save time but still had to put in all my info again, by the time I took all the required pictures the website timed out so I had to call and have it reset. Easy mobile pick up is anything but easy.
