Got charged a cleaning fee. When I got in the thing I found potato chips on the floor. I returned it cleaner than I got it and got charged! Also was told it had to be returned with 7/8 tank of gas when I get in it there was only 3/4 tank. Very unprofessional. In the years I've rented from Uhaul I have never once had a bad experience until now. This location is very unprofessional. My pickup time was 9am the lady didn't show up until after 10am, an then had the nerve to charge me an extra $25 for a bogus cleaning charge. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wish I would have read their reviews prior to booking with them. Based upon their reviews Uhaul should not allow them to represent their company.Yvonnee K.

Be very clear about how to get a key code to access truck key well in advance. It took us two hours to get any information about how to access our key. The information was finally emailed two hours after we got the truck Be very clear that when you reserve a truck for a certain location you may be directed to another location despite the confirmation you receive that you'll pick up where are you intended The packing materials I ordered were never in the truck even though I was billed for them I want to give a word of thanks to the U-Haul facility in Waymart Pennsylvania who went out of their way to help us even though they were not where we were picking up our vehicle They even gave us the packing material we ordered free of charge Finally despite numerous phone calls and texts we were unable to reach anyone for help even though it's set our moving day back several hoursThomas F.

While I was able to get my truck and everything was in very good working order the process I had to go through for the truck share was borderline rediculous. As per instructions, I went and picked up my key continue to follow the instructions only to realize that they key in the box is not the key for my contract. After calling customer service multiple times (for a grand total of 5 calls), getting hung up on 3 times, I finally get the keys that I have switched over to my contract. At this point it's almost an hour and a half after my pick up time. I have to call customer service again because this time the website won't allow me to proceed and was unclear about the status of my contract, another 15 or so minutes on the phone everything is straightened out. I have used uhaul many times without this much trouble, I will continue to use uhaul but Thier "truck share" program needs help, I'd rather deal with a live person face to face.Heather H.
