PATRIC ABooked my truck for an in store and counter pick up. Someone from the store, put my order as a mobile pick up but didn’t finalize the details, therefore I didn’t get an email notice that it was mobile. When we arrived to get the truck, the store was closed. After 11am an employee showed up, and he was the most ignorant and disrespectful person I’ve EVER had to deal with. We were told we never should have been able to reserve a truck because uhaul knows “damn well” they aren’t open on Saturdays. The man berated me when he was informed by him boss that it had been made a mobile pick up. I showed the man the email that came through at 11:20am saying the truck was a mobile pick up. I only got this email AFTER the employee drove to the owners house. By far the WORST uhaul service I’ve ever experienced and Justin’s has lost my windshield services because of this interaction. Truly disgusting that his employee is allowed to treat people the way I was treated this Saturday!
