I expected to pay a lot less for the rental, according to the website. I only needed it for four hours, but I paid a daily rate. The four hour rental came to over $170 including tax and that seemed way too high to me.

Expenses where not what I thought it be, I gotten a email saying on pick up I owe 49.95 but then I got there it was first Expense was 103 dollars, then I dro6it off 4.5 hours later a new price to pay 136 dollars So your vehicles say 19.97 dollars a day, but reality 250 dollars for 4hrs should be stated. I could go to consumers saying your advertising is misleading. Poor experience, never going to recommend uhaul to anyone.
