Very friendly and professional
John HI rented a 10' truck then one day beforehand I was told they only had a 26'. I arrived to get the truck at the correct time but no keys had been left for us. The moving day needed to be pushed to a Monday which meant we all needed to take a day off work and reschedule all the moving plans like groceries being delivered to an empty home on the correct day. That said, he did do everything possible to rectify the situation and was very apologetic. I appreciated that but it did not change the upset caused by no truck and no person available to fix the issue on the date we booked. Also, there were 6 smaller trucks on his lot but we had to take the 26' one.
