Unfortunately this location is quite small. There's only 1 staff member who works at this location, who not only manages the fleet, the check in, the cleaning, the stocking of the van/truck with supplies/tools, but they also handle the drop off as well. This is on top of their other main job of running a tackle shop with merchandise and retail front. That's waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much for one person to do. When I arrived to pick up the truck, there was another group of people waiting to do the same, as well as, another group dropping of the vehicle, while 2 more customers were waiting to buy things from the tackle shop. The service wasn't bad, as the person was trying to do their best of what was in their control, but clearly the person didn't have time to clean the vehicle because the last person who rented the vehicle looked like they were dropping of the vehicle late and the staff member just wanted to ensure the vehicle could be put back to work right away so i wouldn't have to wait. What made the service better was that the staff member offered to allow me to drop off the vehicle at a closer location to me. This did help at the time of drop off so i didn't have to drive 30 minutes away. So kudos to the staff from helping me out in the end. Overall, this location needs to have two people working on the weekends to help manage the store front and the u-haul rental fleet.
