Great costumer service at Bait and Cast. They had a vehicle ready for us on time despite the no show on the return from the day before. Had hoped for some packaging blankets in the back but we know that isn’t always the case with Uhauls.

Phyllis HNot sure why we got sent past 4 U haul locations to pick up on the other side of a neighboring town? We have a location less then 4 km from our home!
kevin gThe blankets I ordered and paid for were not in the truck when I picked it up, a fact I did not discover until we were at our loading location, an hour's drive from the dealer. The person I dealt with in the shop knew I had ordered the blankets because she mentioned it, but she did not give me any in the shop, so it never occurred to me that they would not already be in the truck. I admit that I should have confirmed the blankets were in the truck before I drove off. Overall, I am happy with this location, and I have rented from them several times in the past and will do so again.
