melissa S.Provide a location where you can actually drop the vehicle off, not spend an hour on the phone and extra mileage finding a second one. This is the second location I was sent to.
Brent C.Unfortunately pickup location was changed and was far away and very inconvenient, fortunately we were able to drive . Our son would not have been able to get there. Original pickup location was walking distance.Windshield wiper needed replacement as we found out when it started raining
Stuart B.Although the location was nice, mobile pick up was a disaster. The location was closed so no one local could help. I called head office, even she couldn't get it sorted. The person she transferred me too couldn't get it figured out. We ended up using a different browser on some one else's phone and over an hour later we got it working.
