The lady didn’t allow me to pick up my reservation as scheduled. Was suppose to be $60-$78 later once all said and done $135!!!!! NO ONE answers the phone I’ve called left two messages and NOTHING. I reserved and they made me change it and at their price!!!!

Good service, easy pickup
Leslie SThey were not their at our scheduled pickup time were an hour late and the lady working seemed to be high
Teegan HWhen I dropped off, no one was there. Then I received a call from UHaul telling me I dropped it off to the wrong U-Haul and I had to bring it to a different location. There is no jack on these trailers and I cannot pick it up be myself. I dropped off by detaching my hitch. I was then told I’d be charged for another day. That situation was frustrating and unfair. Not happy with end of trip
