ease of pickup and return
Erik SAs a senior citizen I’m not sure of doing the rental on-line. Took me a lot more time versus talking to a human.
Vince CI had rented an other truck a week earlier and that took about 40 minutes. This time it took about 50 minutes for U-Haul to release the vehicle. I had two movers with me whom I had to pay entire hour wages for waiting with me. I do not recommend this location for picking up a vehicle
