I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again. Uhaul made multiple errors and I was the one, NOT Uhaul that was forced to take a poor solution due to Uhauls repeated last minute errors. Uhaul blatantly lied to me. They ‘upgraded’ me at the last min to a 20ft truck, which can’t fit in my driveway, forcing my UHaul labor to walk 4x as far! Increasing cost and time for me. Uhaul said they discussed with me, they did NOT. They then restricted pick up and drop off times. they ‘offered a 25 ft truck for $20 more!!! Can’t make this up. Uhaul’s ‘guarantee’, is worthless. If they error, they may pay you $50 bucks. Stupid, if it means you can’t move. Uhaul’s policy shares they have many options, at any time, to change or cancel your booking. Then they lie advising they discussed with me. Instead, as its a popular day and limited onvdntory, I was forced to change my pick up and drop off times and make multiple trips in a 9 footer. I oaid dearly for Uhaul’s multiple errors. Uhaul gets more revy renting MY reserved truck longer!, while I pay many times over for their errors! Never book Uhaul. Rent at your own risk! Oh, and customer service is terrible! Buyer beware!

With the severe weather it was challenging to get app to work. Got to location at 7:45am and did not have keys until 8:45am. Lost an hour of my scheduled time needed so was late bringing van back. Lock box sticks, so to line up code in thunderstorm and work, was another experience in itself. The van was easy to drive and clean, so very appreciative of that.
Amy HTruck ran rough, giving the feel that it wasn’t well maintained. Store was not open when they were supposed to be so I was not able to get help when the electronic check out process was not going well.
Jerry LI'm not a huge fan of the mobile check in. Also - problem with this particular UHaul location. I almost sprained my ankle because of the rock drop off next to the parking lot. Too steep of a drop off.
Lloyd HThe location was not terrible for a 24/7 pickup, but there are some annoyances that were completely avoidable and yet we had to deal with it on an extreme heat day. First, the location where the vans were parked was not registering in the app as being "on site". I had to walk 200 feet toward the entrance of the storage site for the app to acknowledge I had arrived. Getting the key was not difficult once I realized where the key drop was, but it is immediately visible if there are other vehicles parked along that stretch. Parts of it went great. The dropoff was straight-forward. Vehicle had damage before we got it, but it was already noted. Interior of van had a smell to it, but otherwise clean. Van drove fine.
