The unit was so old and rusted. I ordered a larger one, settled for smaller and it was in terrible shape. I was 1.5 hours from home when the trailer lights started to short, causing me to spend $90+ just to get it home. Shouldn't be this hard, very disappointed. The guys who signed me out were very professional.



I wouldn't recommend because I dropped it off last night and got a call this morning asking me why I hadn't returned it when I did return it the night before I even had to. The response: "oh someone must have misplaced it". How do you misplace a Uhaul? I've rented from this location before but won't again. Talk about making someone a nervous wreck of the uhaul returned couldn't be found...

Picking up and dropping off not well organized. Staff did end up handling the transaction and getting it finished. Wondering why it was so hard to pick up and drop off. Truck was really beat up and near the end of it's useful life. Accustomed to better equipment from competitors for less money.

I came at 7:30am and understandably no one was there to help me. I was very well communicated to me that no one would be there when I arrived and I was more than happy to do a self check out. However, when I followed the prompts to retrieve my key I could not open the box. I repeatedly called the number listed in the prompts it told me to call if I was unable to retrieve the key but no one answered. I also left a voicemail and no one called me back. I did not even get a call back later that day. After 30 minutes of trying to get the box open I finally retrieved the key. Again, I knew going into it that no one would be there to help me. However, customer support is critical and if you state there is 24hr help and list a name and number to call that number should work and that person should be available, especially given the fact that the product you provide is directly linked to time sensitive situations. Thank you for the truck.

I completed 24 hour pickup and was advised by someone at the local facility that I just had to click on the email link and complete the online process. Noone told me it would work 1,000 times better if I downloaded the app. They simply said if I had any issues when picking up that I could call U-haul's 1-800 # and someone would walk me through the process. When I called the 800 # and spoke to two different people, they couldn't help me either and kept asking me if location services were enabled on my mobile device, I use maps all the time, I run, and safari uses my location in the background. Long story short...if you're doing a 24 hour pickup, do yourself a massive favor and download the app and enable location services. The app worked great, but I left Uhaul (with my truck) 45 minutes late and missed a store being open that I was supposed to pick up equipment I was renting, so I had to drive out of my way and pick up other equipment at 6am the next morning costing me time and extra money.

Rented furniture pads (1 dozen) came in 2 bags, but counted only 11. Wrote about the discrepancy before making a night key drop. . Hope they don't charge for a missing pad.
