Always a pleasure to work with this location . This is not on the employees at all, but the previous “renter” of our U Haul truck was a smoker and the truck had a lingering odor of smoke. It made for a queasy trip as I am allergic to cigarette smoke.

I was pleased with the staff at this location. However, I used the mobile 24/7 pick up option to pick up our truck 30 minutes prior to the store’s opening time. I downloaded the app prior to my appointment, as recommended, but there were minimal instructions on getting the app set up to the point where it would actually save me time at arrival. Most frustratingly, I was not able to find an option for inputting an existing confirmation number. In the end, I had to go to my appointment and only follow the email links, which took 30 minutes (negating my purpose of using the 24/7 option).

The truck ran horrible which caused it to guzzle gas. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pricing structure was unclear to me and could not be clarified at point of sale. Truck cab was extremely dirty; has to clean out at home. Floor covering in cargo bay was dangerous. It was rolled up and frayed around the edges which mage getting in and out of the bay difficult.

They were closed before 6PM. Store had hours posted on door and on website stating open until 6PM. We even called to confirm they would be open and we would be there right before 6PM due to traffic.

The truck had obviously had a window replaced recently. My 6 year old nephew cut his hand on shards of glass in the interior door handle and there was glass in the cup holders. I have pictures of the shards of glass in it. I would like to be contacted about this.

I scheduled my pick up at a different location and was never informed that the location had been moved. I received no text, call, or email. I was dropped off at my original pick up location and waited for about 20 minutes or more because they had one employee helping out a line of customers. I was informed of the change in location and had have a friend pick me up and take me to the next location. I called in and was informed my number was incorrect and that they sent a text so it wasn’t their fault. But my email was correct and so the service associate did make sure my truck was still reserved. I got to the next location which was prompt at getting me into a truck but they were on the opposite side of town from were I lived and was moving to. Adding an additional twelve miles. I called the local line to try to get the miles covered and it took me prying teeth to get a $15 credit. Mind I had a scheduled pick up for 8:30 am and was not in a truck until 11. Almost was only going to be able to have the truck for three hours not the four I was paying for, luckily the reservation after me no longer needed the truck. To top this all off I had multiple friends set their mornings on a holiday weekend aside to help me move they had to sit for more than two hours waiting on me to get the truck. This is what I am most frustrated about. I have never had such an experience before. To top this all off I found bedbugs on my couch the next day after I had moved. I have never had bedbugs before using the truck and my new apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and ready for a new bedbug free tenant. I get an employee discount with enterprise and though it is still more costly will likely use them next time I move.
