To start off the dolly I rented was not on the truck Set the pick up for 4 am and since no location was open it took me 3 extra hours to load the truck without the dolly despite my call asking to make sure it would be there. Not only the dolly wasn’t there, when I was on my way to my destination some lady from the location called asking for the dolly and she also insisted I had taken it, with a very rude attitude. I would NEVER recommend this location to none of my friends.

Very nice and helpful

Christopher MStopped in and reserved a van a few days before I needed it. Just a van, declined all the 'upgrades'. When I arrived to pick up the van, location added blankets and a hand truck without asking my consent, costing me another $10 I didn't need and didn't plan to spend. Not cool.
